I am 72 and did your 30 min and your arms 15 min. The arms were a little more challenging as I haven’t lifted waits for a couple of years. Enjoyed the lessons.,

I do not have the words to describe how much I am loving your classes.
I have been gyming since I was 32 now 66, mainly aerobic classes, including boot camp HIT and many more. Covid did slow us all down and then I retired last year. awful year for me My Husband also sadly passed away, so hard for me to accept even now.
Then I came across your page and by getting back into the classes it really is helping me.
I would like to extend my gratitude to you, thankyou for helping .
I do at least three of your classes each morning which sets me to face the day..love it.
