Long, beachy waves don’t require regular cuts, as long as you keep your ends trimmed That’s one of the best benefits of this style for women over 50.

- Women with cool toned skin who have very dark hair when they are younger, look stunning as they gradually go grey (think Winter colour types)
- White eye whites, and very white teeth, complement grey hair as it is another fabulous contrast
- Darker toned skin also offers a complementary contrast to grey hair and looks perfectly in harmony
On the other hand, women who feel terribly uncomfortable about going grey tend to have:
- low contrast between their eyebrows and natural hair colour
- sparse eyebrows
- warm skin tone and ginger hair
- cool skin tone and red hair
- loss of the colour in their eyelashes
- Loss of pigment in lips

Thank you Schellea for getting me moving again. I am 73 years younger now that I have started my daily Fabulous 50s routines. I started out by looking for some stretching exercises for someone whose joints were starting to “rust”. Then I moved on to your 30 min. walking routines. When I still have energy, I add on some 10 or 15 min targeted routines. I have now made my daily routines a priority for the last three months, and I can feel the difference and the extra pounds are slowly disappearing. I decided to write for two reasons. First, to extend my gratitude for providing exercise options that are doable and not intimating for my generation as well. My second reason was to let those women who think they can’t get back some of their vitality and flexibility, after years of neglect, know that they can. It’s not only Fabulous 50s, but it can also be Fabulous 70s.

We’re attacked in february 2022 by a customer in IKEA Denmark and since that, my body went from okay to totally damaged. My psych went down. Can’t controll it and that has costs for my body. The last blodsamples were all bad, so now I am under control from the hospital. Going through all kind of blodtests, x rays, ultrasounds etc about what is wrong.
