I say this with all your workouts, but this one was sooo much fun! The music was great too. I was feeling sluggish and achy at my desk this afternoon. I was contemplating a short nap but decided to do this workout instead. I’m so glad I did. This one is going in the que for an afternoon pick me up. Thank you!

I started working out with you in November in order to fit in my dress for my daughter’s wedding in April. I purposely bought a dress 2 sizes too small to give me incentive. Doing your workouts have been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time and I was able to stick to my plan. I lost 31 pounds but more than that I also gained so much confidence. I’m turning 69 in July and have more energy than I did at 50. Thank you so much!!!
