  1. Hi Schellea, I was excited to try this as I have been doing a Tablespoon shot of straight vinegar in the morning and suffering. I mixed it up in the morning and it was so much better. But, when it came to the evening drink, the mixture had coagulated somewhat and I couldn’t get it to mix in with the grapefruit and water. Do you have this happen at all? I am using the same brand of vinegar that you have. Thank you for all your videos I enjoy them so much.

  2. Thank you very much for your information about the Ordinary. This routine can help me for melasma?

My other question is : The recipe with apple cider vinager can help with my acid reflux or I am getting worse,

    Thank you very much.

  3. Braggs is the best, for sure, but why they started using plastic bottles after Dr. Bragg passed, is a surprise to me. Dr. Bragg always wanted his products in glass. Apple cider vinegar is really good for a person BUT I’d much rather just down it and be done! After I don’t breathe through my nose for awhile, most of the HORRIBLE taste goes away. Then, I eat something that tastes good. 🙂 ACV is one of the worst tastes I can imagine!

  4. Where do we find the answers to these questions? None have been answered. Also just how much water and hot water is added?

  5. Have tried ACV many times over the years – wasn’t able to be consistent because – yes – it is awful! It burns. This was a great recipe. 3 days in a row now, no trouble. (in fact I kinda like it) – thanks so much for this gem.

  6. Braggs brand has a apple cider vinegar with honey, it’s pretty good by the tablespoons! Although, this recipe, specially the night time mix sounds great. I wantvto give it a try.
