The video tips for long hair for women over 50, was just Great! I’m 77, have long blondec, layered hair and I love it! I have low- light and high-lights, and a side bang, and I get many compliments on my look!!!
Shoulder length. I love my hair long and want it longer—I like tying it up if I am working so it stays out of my face— I let my hair go grey and it feels more luxurious without color—but will be doing something to add drama and a statement with tones.
I’m 57 and I wore my hair in a shag cut for years. I have a rather square jaw on my shortish face, my hair is fine, thin and straight- although sense menopause it has developed a pleasing wave! Recently cut it to chin length with layers and I love it! Also I get low lights and blonde highlights – this makes it appear more voluminous. And what you said about texture makes perfect sense!
Love your hair video I am going to try some of the ideas for short/long hair I have very fine shoulder length hair
You are such an inspiration. I am 58. Find your workouts so rewarding. I’m not losing weight but feel much stronger. Yout hair tips are great. Your positive yet straightforward words are awesome. I struggle with hair color. Part of mine is gray, but my hair will only look dishwater. I will put in light blondes next time as i think we have the same gray resistance.
Thank you for this wonderful talk! I am 69yrs , 5ft1inch, and I weigh 120. I let my dark hair go grey (white) during Covid, and it sits just above my chest. It is fine but a beautiful color and shiny. I have been thinking I was to old to wear my hair long and loose, but I do get a lot of compliments. I miss my highlights and playing with color, but I dont want to go to the salon every 4-5 weeks! Your video helped me realize that I dont have to get the “old woman” cut. (Although I am quite a bit older then you). I watch all your videos and always find something useful. Thank you, Dins

Hi I am 51 growing my hair it is now on my shoulders. Thank you for your amazing tips looking forward to trying your exercises.
Hi, loved the video! Just an FYI along with the aging part of us also I find my hair is so rough to touch and breakable! It feels course and even with conditioner each time I shower it is still not very smooth to the touch.
Just a suggestion, but would love to have tips on keeping hair smooth to the touch instead of like feeling sandpaper lol!
A deep conditioner from a hairdresser really helped the one time I tried it but was rather expensive to keep doing every month.
Love all your tips
Wow that is alot to digest! im fifty four & over the last three years have grown my hair the longest it has ever been! Unfortunately its extremely dry & frizzy but I love it long & feel very feminine with it so long! thankyou for the ideas as you have obviously thoroughly researched this!
