  1. Greetings from Alberta, Canada???? a cue that I find helpful around activating the core is to breathe out making a shhhh sound until all the air is expelled. This naturally contracts our abdominal muscles. Love your vibrant energy Schellea and your videos are fantastic I am working through my 4th time through your 14 day challenge.
